How File Transfers Work?

Our file transfer provider, Remote Accounting Solutions, installs a Transfer Tool on your computer. You simply connect to the Internet, open the Transfer Tool, enter your password and click one button. That's it!

Before anything is transferred, your file is backed up, compressed and encrypted. We use a similar transfer tool to retrieve your data.

You have the ability to send us a "Review Copy" or a "Working Copy". A Review Copy just sends us a duplicate of your file. We will be able to look at the same information that you have on your computer. The Working Copy allows us to actually make changes to your QuickBooks file and return it to you.
